Our Policies

Minimum/Maximum Room Requirement: A Minimum of 60 adults guests per buffet is required to reserve the entire
event room. If your function has fewer than 60 guests, a semi-private part of the restaurant may be booked with a minimum of 40 guests to have a buffet for a service. A partition will be provided to ensure each is sectioned off each other

The event room may be used for a maximum of 3 hours between 11:00 am – 3:00 am for the lunch buffet, and/or 5:00pm –
9:00pm for the dinner buffet. There will be a $50.00 per hours charge over the 3 hours.

Guaranteed Attendance: A guaranteed number of guests attending your function are required prior to the function. If the
number are not received, the charge will be based on the previously discussed(estimated) attendance figure or the
actual number attending, whichever is greater

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation of function must be received thirty (30) days prior to your scheduled function date. If
less than 30 days; the customer is subject to a charge of 75% of the total value of the function booked, unless other written
and signed agreements have been made with Manila Grill Restaurant Managers

Decorations: All materials must be flame proof. No flammable fluids or substances may be used. To avoid damages, we
do not allow the use of nails, tape or tack on the walls or doors without prior consent from the restaurant. Please do not
use rose petals or confetti or around the event room.
– Should you require or request any decoration done by Manila Grill Restaurant, you will be provided with contact
information for our inhouse decorating company

Food & Beverage: Manila Grill Restaurant will be sole supplier of ALL Food & Beverage items required due to the Provincial Health Regulations with the exception of wedding/birthday cakes.
*No outside food or alcohol is permitted, unless other written and signed agreements have been made with Manila Grill Restaurant Managers.

– Any agreed upon outside wine or liquor will be subject to a $25.00 per bottle corkage fee. This applies to wine and liquor only, beer is not permitted to be brought in.

The buffet will be available for a maximum of 2 hours from the start of the function.

** Any leftovers from te buffet cant not be taken home by the customer at any time.

Function Details: All request including menu selection & event room requirements must be received no later than 2
weeks prior to the function date. We cannot gurantee request for changes after this time.

Security / Liabilty: Manila Grill Restaurant cannot be held responsible for any damaged or loss of personal property or equipment left in the venue.
